SALES POLICY
All accounts must have a written and signed application before credit is offered. We reserve the right at any time to terminate, modify or restrict any terms of an account. We sell wholesale products to approved accounts only. A Florida Resale (Tax) Number is optional.

TERMS
Checks are accepted with proper identification. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Credit account terms net 30 days. All accounts put on COD for past due invoices are subject to a 1 ½ % monthly charge, (18% per annum).
ORDERING
Please use stock number for proper filling of order.
SPECIAL ORDERS
We are happy to place special orders from the manufacturers we represent.
If items cannot be included with factory stock orders, additional charge may be incurred. Special orders require a 50% deposit.
RETURNS
All returned goods must be in resalable condition, accompanied with a copy of your invoice and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. No returns on special orders unless specified at time of purchase.
SHIPPING
Unless specified by the customer at their own expense, we will ship the most efficient & economical way possible. Hazardous Materials (HazMat) often require special packaging and paperwork, which would result in an additional HazMat charge.
All damages during shipping are the sole responsibility of the carrier. Report all damages at time of delivery.
All shipments are F.O.B. Fort Lauderdale, FL.
EXPORT
In addition to our domestic shipping, our HazMat certified team handles HazMat & Non-HazMat shipments by either Air or Ocean. HazMat shipments are packed, prepared and documented in house for faster & less costly shipping. We will deliver to the Freight Forwarder of your choice in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale or West Palm Beach at no additional charge. If you do not have a Freight Forwarder, we will provide you with the quickest and most reliable forwarder in town.
