Pettit Odyssey HD – Multi-Season Ablative Antifouling Bottom Paint

Pettit Odyssey HD is a high-performance, multi-season ablative antifouling bottom paint designed to provide dependable protection in a wide range of marine environments.

Its controlled-polishing ablative technology combines with a high copper content to continuously expose fresh antifouling protection as the vessel is used. Unlike traditional hard bottom paints, Odyssey HD gradually wears away at a controlled rate, helping prevent excessive paint buildup and leaving underwater running surfaces smooth and clean season after season.

Odyssey HD's durable copolymer resin system is designed to withstand hauling and relaunching without losing antifouling effectiveness, making it an excellent choice for both powerboats and sailboats.

Application

For maximum antifouling performance, Pettit recommends two coats of Odyssey HD applied over a properly prepared surface or compatible existing antifouling coating.

Its compatibility with most existing bottom paints makes Odyssey HD particularly useful for maintenance applications where completely removing the previous antifouling system may not be necessary.

Because Odyssey HD is an ablative coating, the surface gradually polishes during use, exposing fresh antifouling material while minimizing long-term coating buildup.

Why Choose Pettit Odyssey HD?

Odyssey HD is an excellent choice for boat owners and professional yards looking for the combination of strong high-copper antifouling protection and the maintenance advantages of an ablative coating.

Its controlled-polishing technology keeps underwater surfaces smoother, minimizes long-term paint buildup and allows boats to be hauled and relaunched while maintaining antifouling effectiveness.

Pettit Odyssey HD delivers dependable multi-season protection, high-copper antifouling performance and a smooth, controlled-polishing finish for both powerboats and sailboats.
